1300 is a ten-digit number for customers to call you Australia wide for a low untimed charge per call. You can nominate where calls are answered based on the call origin and divert overflow calls to alternative locations during busy periods.

1800 is a ten-digit number which allows callers to ring you free of charge from most fixed phones in Australia! You can nominate where calls are answered based on the call origin and overflow calls to alternative locations. Charges for the service and calls are billed to your account.

How do I get an Inbound number?

1300/1800 numbers are divided into 2 group’s, regular 1300/1800 numbers or premium 1300/1800 numbers which are numbers with multiples or spell out words.  Premium numbers are regulated by the government and can be purchased via an online auction system please contact us for further details.

Alternatively please contact us requesting a list of free inbound numbers from which you can choose from as these change weekly.
