The following terms and conditions apply for the BlackBerry BIS $49, $59 and $79 plans: 1. All prices are quoted inclusive of GST. 2. Total minimum cost of each plan is $1176 ($49 plan), $1416 ($59 plan) and $1896 ($79 plan). 3. Included Value –plans include $500 ($49 BIS plan), $700 ($59 BIS plan), $850 ($79 BIS plan) worth of standard national voice calls, standard national SMS and MMS, international SMS and MMS, Surepage, calls to 13/1300 and 1800 numbers, standard national video calls, Voicemail. Diversions to other services are not included. 4. For all usage of services outside the included value standard rates apply. 5. The included 6000 SMS’s on the $59 And $79 plans excludes premium SMS and MMS. 6. All plans include a component of Fleet Call value (fleet calls are defined as calls to and from mobile services that appear on the same bill). Plans include $500 ($49 BIS plan), $900 ($59 BIS plan) and $2000 ($79 BIS plan) worth of standard national voice calls. 7. Once exceeding the respective included values, all Fleet calls will be charged at standard rates. 8. BIS data includes BlackBerry Email and Web accessed via the BlackBerry Browser and Email icon within Australia. It also includes modem tethering, international data roaming, video streaming (YouTube) and the use of 3rd party applications. 9. Blackberry plans also have an included data allowance, which may be used for data that is not defined as BIS (such as WAP services). The included value of other data is as follows; 500MB ($49 plan), 750MB ($59 plan) 1GB ($79 plan). 10. Excess usage is charged at a rate calculated at $0.26.4 per MB or part thereof for the $49, $59, $79 plans, where 1MB = 1024KB or part thereof, and includes both uploads downloads. 11. Early termination fee; if you choose to cancel your mobile service or it is disconnected for any reason within the 24 month contract term you will be charged an early termination fee comprised of your minimum monthly commitment as per your agreement with us multiplied by the months remaining in your contract. 12. Overseas international data roaming usage charges apply as an extra charge, note some data cards are incompatible with networks in some countries. 13. Fair Usage Policy – Mobile Fair Usage Policy applies to ‘unreasonable’, ‘unacceptable’, ‘commercial’ and ‘non-ordinary’ use of the Mobile Service.

Included Minutes – $99 BIS/ BES plan includes 4000 minutes of standard national voice calls, standard national video calls, Voicemail, diversions, Surepage, calls to 13/1300 and 1800 numbers. 4. For all usage of services outside the included value, standard rates apply. 5. The $99 BIS/BES plans include $110 worth of international voice calls, SMS and MMS. 6. The international value excludes all other usage types including international roaming of voice, messaging and data; any unused portion of the international value expires at the end of each billing cycle. 7. Standard rates apply upon exceeding the included international value. 8. Unlimited BlackBerry Email and Web includes email and web browsing accessed via the BlackBerry Browser and Email icon within Australia. It also includes modem tethering, international data roaming, video streaming (YouTube) and the use of 3rd party applications. 9. Blackberry plans also have an included data allowance, which may be used for data that is not defined as BIS or BES (such as WAP services). The included value of other data is as follows; 1GB ($99 BIS plan), and 2GB ($99 BES plan). 10. Excess usage is charged at a rate $0.25 per MB where 1MB = 1024KB or part thereof for $99 BES plan and usage is charged at a rate $0.264 per MB where 1MB = 1024KB or part thereof for $99 BIS plan, and includes both uploads and downloads. 11. Mobile Fair Usage Policy applies to ‘unreasonable’, ‘unacceptable’, ‘commercial’ and ‘non-ordinary’ use of the Mobile Service.
